What a g...Jamie, it was exciting to read your blog. What a great experience! As far as your experience with 5th grade, let me confirm that they can be a GREAT age group to work with. You're welcome to visit my class any time you'd like. The older kids can be challenged to think and respond, debate etc. so much more than the younger kids can. Yes, they like to talk...but so do many of the primary grades as well. As a teacher, it is our responsiblity to train the students how to respond appropriately.
